The reselling of health products that have been returned is prohibited, accordingly, for Your own safety Dr Mom does not accept the return of any products for credit or replacement unless there is a defect at the time of supply.
An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order cannot be cancelled.
If a product is damaged or broken when You receive it, You must inform Dr Mom within one working day of receiving it (including photographic proof in packaging). Dr Mom will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.
For “no fault” returns, the Buyer is required to pay shipping costs, and associated fees.
Our policy is to deduct a 10% handling fee from the original price, but unless a lot of administration has been necessary to get the item back, we usually turn a blind eye to it.
